My wife and I stopped by for dessert and a drink. The staff was excellent. The atmosphere was lively. It is an astetically beautiful space and huge with a full basement area as well. The baklava was the best I ever tasted. My wife and I will definitely return for dinner and the full experience. Overall an awesome experience!

Beautiful Greek restaurant with delicious, refined food and outstanding service. We truly enjoyed the variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, each one better than the last. A wonderful dining experience all around. ????????

The food was incredibly delicious and everyone in our group loved it. I came with friends and it was totally worth it. The hummus and tuna tartare were both amazing. I ordered the salmon with grilled veggies and had zero regrets. The dessert platter took the experience to another level. Definitely a five-star visit.

My friends recommend this restaurant and I decided to take my mom on a date. Omg, the food is delicious. And the cocktails, yummmm. We tried 3 different dips for appetizer, swordfish was my main course. It was so tender, juicy and tasty I am still dreaming about it. Great service and nice ambiance. We booked table in advance. Don't know if they take walk ins.

Greek and Mediterranean restaurant. Modern large dining room with tables of all sizes. Good wine list and menu has a little bit for everyone. Food is outstanding and presented beautifully. Service is attentive and timely. The atmosphere is more friends and family enjoying a meal together. The Zucchini chips were amazing, thin crispy and with a tasty sauce. The Wagyu steak options are OK. Desserts are so delicious especially the Pistachio Gelato.

We stopped into Avra Madison for a light bite and only ordered two appetizers — the grilled octopus and the shrimp. Both dishes were very fresh and nicely presented. The octopus was tender with a good char, and the shrimp were flavorful without being over-seasoned. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful — bright, elegant, and perfect for a special night out. Service was attentive and professional, which added to the experience. That being said, the prices are definitely on the higher side for the portion size, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re just coming in for small plates. Still, for quality seafood and a chic Midtown setting, Avra Madison delivers.

We had dinner downstairs at Avra and it was vibes. The setting was stunning and honestly? Total gossip central in the best way — everyone was dressed, fabulous, and whispering secrets over cocktails. Food was fresh and flavorful (the seafood especially!), and the service felt elevated but still warm. Will definitely come back again!

Arva Madison absolutely exceeded expectations! Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The meal started with their complimentary hummus which was flavorful, and such a great way to begin the night. For appetizers, we had the octopus, crab cake, and classic spreads — all delicious and beautifully prepared. The Swordfish and Chilean sea bass were cooked to perfection — tender, buttery, and full of flavor. The sides deserve just as much praise — the lemon potatoes were bright and comforting, and the truffle fries were addictively good. Cocktails were equally impressive. The Greek Tomatini, was smooth with a unique twist, and their Persephone’s punch was refreshing and well-balanced. The atmosphere is elegant but comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. If you’re looking for a refined Mediterranean experience in the city, Arva Madison is a must-visit!
